Calculate your Power Potential and markers of musqular system

    The Load Account system specially developed by the author for ranking activities by their types and calculating the corresponding volumes of work performed per day allows you to determine the values of markers that characterize the work of your muscular system, by which you can analyze the effectiveness of your management of your strength potential, determine errors and assign the required volumes of loads for subsequent workouts .  

    The Load Account algorithm is interactive: when the user fills in the corresponding table with the specified types of activities (see How to use LA), this table is processed in the calculation core and calculates all the necessary indicators for further Power Management.

     The need for such an algorithm is caused by the calculation of data clusters based on non-obvious laws and the revealed correlation between changes in marker values.

    Using the Load Account algorithm, a set of muscle performance indicators is created by calculation and the adequacy of the input data from the user and the output data from the calculation system is monitored.

    The Load Account algorithm takes into account the calories burned and consumed to calculate the nutritional balance, the implementation of which affects the ability to restore and develop the muscular system.
